Finding a home to rent...
Black Country Housing Group has properties to let in Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Birmingham. For most of our family accommodation (2 bedroom properties and larger) we take nominations from the Local Authority. To find out if you are eligible to rent one of our properties, please call us on 0121 561 1969 and speak to our Housing team.
In order to support existing local communities you should ideally either already live in the borough in which you are seeking accommodation or have strong family links or other links in the area.
A number of our vacant properties are advertised on the relevant Local Authority’s Choice Based Lettings scheme. To register to access the scheme and to be added to the Local Authority waiting list, you should contact the Housing Options Team for the area you are interested in using the contact details below.
You should also contact the Housing Options Team if you are in an emergency situation.
