Paying Your Rent
Did you know that there are now several ways to pay your rent?
One of the most convenient ways is to set up a DIRECT DEBIT arrangement which will pay your rent directly from your bank account to Black Country Housing. Contact your Housing Officer who will provide you with a direct debit mandate form and help you with filling it in. Alternatively click here to download a direct debit form which you can send to us once you have completed it.
If you have an ALLPAY CARD you can pay in a number of ways, even without leaving your home.
You can TELEPHONE Allpay on 08702 436040 and make a payment twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to have your payment card ready along with your credit or debit card.
If you have INTERNET access then you can log on to www.allpay.net and click on "Make a Payment". Again, you will need to have your payment card ready, along with a credit or debit card.
There are a number of other places where you can use your Allpay card. Take the card and the rent payment in cash along to any:
- Post office
- Paypoint outlet
PayPoint facilities can be found in many local shops and petrol stations. Find your nearest PayPoint outlet (www.paypoint.co.uk/locator.aspx)
