Our Housing Services team is here to help you, whether you are a tenant in one of our 1800 homes or a resident in one of our supported schemes. We are here to ensure that you have a successful tenancy.
We offer advice on and are responsible for:
- Rent collection
- Setting of service charges
- Allocation of property
- General housing support
- Help to establish and maintain tenancy

By working within local neighbourhoods and with residents, the housing services team are the key contact between Black Country Housing Group and its residents. By working closely with our residents and tenants we can ensure that they receive the best services and that the communities are safe and desirable places to live.
