Making the first step to ownership...
Black Country Housing Group can help you to take the first step onto the property ladder. This can be either through our Shared Ownership scheme – New Build HomeBuy, or you may be eligible to buy the home you currently rent from us.
New Build HomeBuy is a low cost way to own your home. You begin by buying a share of the property, usually 50%, with a mortgage which you must obtain. Rent is paid to Black Country Housing Group for the remaining share.
