Career Development
The Community Regeneration Department working with 15 other community based organisations, provides information, advice and support to people who are either in work or out of work. Open Door provides a range of advisory services to assist with developing careers through training and work opportunities.
Each individual has their own programme and a mentor to work with them to:
- Access skills training
- Find the right job
- Progress in your current job
- Gain new qualifications
- Change your career completely
