Social Enterprise Development

New skills, new businesses...

Supporting new businesses and helping people to gain new skills is a great way to solve worklessness and regenerate an area. We have been involved in both areas for a number of years through helping local people to develop their own social enterprise:

BCHA have been involved in in both areas for a number of years. There are two centres that these services are delivered through.

Turner House - provides affordable serviced office accommodation for local community based organisations in the Dudley area. Spread over 3 floors, the offices have everything that a new small business needs.

The Savoy Centre - At the heart of the Black Country this joint partnership between Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the people of Dudley provides high quality business units, training facilities and meeting venues for local people.

For more information on either of the above centre’s contact the Community Regeneration Department on 0121 561 1969.
