Resident Involvement
Involving our community
As a social landlord providing almost 1800 homes we want to make sure that we offer our residents the service that best suits them. Our Community Regeneration Team work with our residents so that they can influence the services that Black Country Housing Group provides.
The Community Regeneration and Housing teams offer a number of different ways in which our residents can get involved:
- CHAT magazine - a quarterly resident's newsletter
- Recruitment of resident Board members
- Constituted resident's groups
- Structured social events and fun days
- Estate clean-up days
- Estate walkabouts
- Resident's Advisory Panels
- Focus and consultation groups
- Resident's meetings
If you would like to get involved or would like further information, please contact us on 0121 561 1969 or email crdmailing@bcha.co.uk. Even if you are not a resident of Black Country Housing but live in the communities we serve and would like to get involved, there are ways in which you can.
