Making our community stronger

Black Country Housing Group goes beyond the traditional landlord role of providing homes and housing services. Our Community Regeneration Department works with other organisations to improve the wider physical, social and economic conditions of the areas in which we operate to bring long-lasting benefits and choices.

Different organisations have different strengths. Together we can use our skills and resources to get the best results for the whole community.

Our communities hold the key to shaping services that we receive. That maybe housing, work or health related. The Community Regeneration Department is currently supporting local groups and individuals on:

Health, through LINks projects in Sandwell and Walsall
Worklessness, through Open Door and
Resident and community empowerment, through Resident and Community Involvement
