We are strongly committed to providing a quality service to people needing care and support through our two domiciliary care companies. Our ninety-strong staff team currently delivers more than 1,700 hours of care each week.

We have two domiciliary care companies:

Causeway Care:

The agency is based at seven sheltered housing schemes for elderly people, five of which are owned by Black Country Housing Group.

Black Country Care Services Ltd:

The company delivers care to people living in their own homes in the local communities. It is based at Turner House in Dudley.

Our aim is to offer the highest standard of care, using experienced qualified staff that place great importance on the dignity and privacy of the individual. Equally important is their professional ability and their desire to work with older people.

These services are designed sensitively to meet the cultural and care needs of individuals through care plans formulated by the Social Care Worker, Care Manager and the client. Individuals can purchase care on a private basis in which case care plans are drawn up by the client and the Care Manager.
