HomeSwapper is the largest exchange service for council and housing association tenants who want to swap homes. Black Country Housing Group have funded this service so you can register FREE of charge. You can register via the internet at home, at your local library or even in our reception area where we have a pc for our tenants to use. If you cannot access the internet please feel free to contact us and ask for an application form.
Once you have registered, you will be able to go on line and view matches as well as HomeSwapper emailing you at regular intervals with details of suitable exchange partners. If you do not register online HomeSwapper will send you the details by post. (You can even get updates via text messages).
It really is simple to register and is a powerful way to search properties which may give you and your family a more suitable home.
