Mediation

In many cases, particularly neighbour disputes, a simple apology from either or both sides is all that’s needed to put a situation right. Mediation is less intimidating than legal proceedings, is easy to arrange and can be completed within a matter of weeks. To find out more about Mediation, click here.

Floating support

All victims of anti-social behaviour are offered the opportunity to engage with our tenancy support officer as part of Black Country Housing’s policy. Find out more about Reach tenancy support service.

Support for victims and witnesses

Witnesses are crucial to tackling anti-social behaviour, whether they are victims themselves, or residents who witness it directed against the community. Support is available at each stage of the process of reporting anti-social behaviour. To find out more, please visit www.victimsupport.org.
