Managed by Black Country Housing in partnership with Dudley MBC and funded through Advantage West Midlands, the Savoy Centre is at the heart of the regeneration strategy for the Netherton, Woodside and St Andrews wards.

- A fully fitted modern training, conferencing and events facility that is currently delivering a range of adult learning courses enabling local people to access skills development opportunities aimed at increasing their ability to find a job. This venue is available for private hire.
- Eight fully serviced and affordable small office units for let to small local businesses, social enterprises and community organisations.
- A community café offering a range of snacks and refreshments to local people as well as providing a catering service to users of the Savoy. It also offers supported employment and training opportunities to people with disabilities.
