Care
We invest in our staff by ensuring that they are trained to the highest level in care delivery and that the training they receive is very high quality.
Repairs
All of our directly employed repairs staff are qualified in a trade, such as plumbing or carpentry, and in general repairs. Where we use a contractor to carry out work, we will only use one that we have approved.
All our staff:
- are Criminal Records Bureau checked
- are fully trained
- carry identity cards
- deliver services to a wide range of people
