For the past 15 years we have been providing high quality residential care for adults with learning disabilities. We operate two specialist housing support services in four residential schemes for vulnerable young people and adults.
Havacre Lane and Chapel Street are two four bed homes located near the market town of Bilston in the West Midlands and the Merry Hill Shopping Centre near Dudley.
The aim of both homes is to provide high quality residential care, on a long-term basis, for adults (25-65) who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Respect for residents' privacy and dignity is important to both homes. Our dedicated staff seek to encourage self-determination and to maximise individual choice in order to optimise their quality of life.
Our High Street project is situated in Blackheath, West Midlands and caters for twelve homeless young people aged 16 – 25. We also have a project in Highland Road, Dudley, which provides accommodation for nine young people aged 16 – 20. This project works in close partnership with Dudley Social Services 16+ care team and Dudley Housing.
Both projects aim to help vulnerable young people gain the skills necessary for successful independent living in a safe and supportive environment. Taking a holistic approach, the service fully involves the young person in the design and implementation of their support programme.
