All of our sheltered housing schemes have a Scheme Manager on duty Monday to Friday. They are available to help in an emergency, to ensure the building is well managed, and to encourage/promote independence. Flats are available for single people and couples with some specially designed for disabled people. All flats are unfurnished with their own front door. Resident’s guests can be entertained in their own flat at any time. Visitors may stay overnight in a guest room which is available for a nominal charge.
Care can be provided if required. Black Country Housing Group aim to enable their residents to live a full life in a setting where they feel happy and secure.
Anyone who is over 55 years old and retired, about to retire or who is in need of sheltered housing.
