Black Country Housing Group has properties to let in Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. For most of our family accommodation (2 bedroom properties and larger) we take nominations from the Local Authority. In order to support existing local communities you should ideally either already live in the borough in which you are seeking accommodation or have strong family links or other links in the area.

If there are no properties listed in the area you would like and we do not hold a waiting list, please contact the Local Authority for that area and ask to be added to their waiting list. When we have any empty properties available we may contact the Local Authority for nominations off their waiting list.
