Our Housing team manages over 1500 properties in the Black Country boroughs of Sandwell and Dudley and the city of Wolverhampton. With our extensive range of properties from one-bedroom flats to six-bedroom houses, we cater for the needs of individuals as well as small and large families. In addition to letting and managing these properties, we offer a range of other housing and support services:
- Specialist accommodation - We have five schemes providing secure and comfortable homes specifically for the frail elderly.
- Housing projects for vulnerable tenants who require support to be able to sustain their tenancies and maintain independent living.
- A tenancy support service, “Reach”, which provides ‘floating support’ to semi-independent individuals wanting to gain full independent living.
