Black Country Housing Group has led this project which aims to stimulate “movers & improvers” to refurbish properties within the Birmingham/Sandwell Housing Market Renewal Area (HMRA).
The project is obtaining a number properties covering each of the HMRA townships and renovating them to a high standard using sustainable features and environmentally friendly technologies.
Different technologies are being used in various properties to allow potential “movers & improvers” to see the range of technology available and in use.
