REACH logoREACH, our Tenancy Support Service, provides ‘floating support’ to semi-independent individuals wanting to live independently. This can provide help with either: taking on a new tenancy or maintaining an existing tenancy. The service offers confidential advice and assistance provided by our Tenancy Support Officer. The service is funded by Supporting People.

The service takes a person-centred approach. The support programme is tailor-made to meet the needs of the individual, focusing on providing support in three key areas:

Life Skills (i.e. budgeting advice or skills for maintaining a tenancy)
Employment / Education (i.e. advice and assistance to achieve long-term goals)
Specialist Support (i.e. referrals for counselling or to specialist services)

Floating SupportWe offer support to people over the age of 18 and live in Sandwell and Dudley. The support is focused on helping individuals in managing their tenancy.

If you would like more information about REACH or you know of someone who could benefit from the service, please contact our Tenancy Support Officer on 0121 561 1969 or email us on: floatingsupport@bcha.co.uk.
