Our development at Bryce Road in Dudley pioneered ‘Green Tendering’. Among a host of innovations and design techniques that have halved the cost of fuel used by residents are multi functional draught lobbies, advanced glazing and much higher standards of thermal insulation.
In other developments, this process has been extended by the introduction of prefabricated kitchen and bathroom ‘pods’, mini CHP (Combined Heat & Power) linked to under floor heating. Our new buildings have a ‘super insulated’ structure, using locally recycled steel sections and are at the cutting edge of modern methods of construction.
