We also have an in-house comprehensive core training programme that all staff attend. In addition, managers regularly attend conferences and seminars to ensure their knowledge is up to date and the group is able to plan effectively for future developments in

All staff receive 25 days annual leave. In addition to the statutory entitlement of eight public holidays, BCH staff receive an additional four concessionary days. Investing in the Future
The Group also invests in the future by having a Graduate Trainee Programme. Up to three graduates are employed each year, spending time in each department, managing projects and experiencing all aspects of the Group over a twelve month period before moving into a permanent role within the Group. A typical comment made by one of the Graduate Trainees was “This is an ideal opportunity to experience different departments of an organisation before committing to working in just one”.
