Housing & Maintenance
Development
Community Services
- Our Care and Repair department gives advice, guidance and support to homeowners who are over 60 years old, vulnerable or disabled who wish to improve their home
- Our Domiciliary Care companies deliver care and support to older people in the local communities, both in sheltered housing schemes and their own homes
- Energyextra, our Energy Services club, provides gas and electricity at a competitive rate and advice on energy efficiency
Community Regeneration Department
- Through working in the community, aims to encourage tenants, residents and their families to become more actively involved in the management of their homes and their community
- Social Business Development
Corporate Services
- Our Finance department is responsible for the handling of all accounting procedures from administration of petty cash to providing statutory annual accounts
- HR provides a personnel and training service to all employees of Black Country Housing
- Our IT department is responsible for all staff PC requirements, hardware and software, business telephones and day to day technical support
