No matter what area of the business you join, you’ll receive an induction that will help you settle into your team, you will also receive a tailored personal development plan and will undertake quarterly appraisal meetings. You will be regularly coached and assessed to ensure you receive the best support to achieve your full potential.

In addition, managers regularly attend conferences and seminars to ensure their knowledge is up to date and the group is able to plan effectively for future developments in legislation.

Black Country Housing also provides an in-house comprehensive core training programme. This will give you the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding that will underpin any further knowledge required to fulfil your role.
