Staff Benefits
All staff receive competitive rates of pay and 25 days annual leave. Staff at BCHG also has the opportunity to buy or sell up to five days annual leave in any one leave year.
In addition to the statutory entitlement of eight public holidays, BCHG’s staff receives an additional four concessionary days. BCHG also offers a Career Average Related 1/80th Pension Scheme (CARE 1/80th).
Investing in the Future
The Group invests in the future by operating a Graduate Trainee Programme. Up to three graduates from the local area are employed each year, managing projects and experiencing all aspects of the Group’s business. After twelve months they then move into a permanent role.
